Singing Chairs was a layout of three chairs with switches in the pillows and loudspeakers under them. By sitting down, you trigger a rondom soundfile. Depending on the number of occupied chairs a collage of soundfiles was to hear. It illustrated the view and the environement similar how a movie scene changes its meanig by using a different soundtrak on it.
